2023 Membership Application Form
TCS Tüzügü gereği, üyelik başvurusu için asağidaki (*) alanlarin doldurulmasi ve her yil uyelik ucretinin odenmesi zorunludur. 2023 yili uyelik aidatlari genel uyelerimiz icin $30, ogrenci (18 yas uzeri) uyelerimiz icin $10 olarak belirlenmistir. 18 yas alti uyelerimizden ucret alinmamaktadir.
1000 dolar ve üstü bağışta bulunan şirket/işyeri veya kurumlar bir yıllık Kurumsal üyelik almaya ve bağış miktarı karşılığı makbuz almaya, yönetim kurulunun onayından sonra, hak kazanırlar. Kar amacı gütmeyen kurumlarda Kurumsal üye olmaları için bağış yapma koşulu aranmayabilir.
Uyelik aidat odemenizi E-Transfer yoluyla yapmak istiyorsaniz executive@turkishcanadiansociety.org adresine gonderim yapabilirsiniz.
Uyelik aidat ödemenize ait çekin ya da e-transfer’in dekontunun resmini ya da ekran görüntüsünü

Bu formu doldurarak TCS tuzugunun 2.maddesinde listelenen uyeler ile ilgili sartlari ve kurallari kabul ettiginizi bildirmis oluyorsunuz.
TCS Tuzugu Uyelik Sartlari (2.Bolum)
As per TCS Bylaws, for membership application, the fields below with (*) must be filled out and the membership fee must be paid every year. Annual membership fees for 2023 are $30 for ordinary members and $10 for student (18+) members. We do not charge membership fees for youth under 18.
Companies or associations that make donations in the amount of $1,000 or more may become Associate Members for one year upon approval by the TCS Board of Directors and qualify to receive a tax receipt for the full amount. Non-Profit organizations may not be required to make donations or pay annual dues to become associate members.
If you choose to pay your membership fee by E-Transfer, please kindly use executive@turkishcanadiansociety.org as the transfer e-mail address.
Once you make your payment, please send a copy or screenshot of your proof of payment to
executive@turkishcanadiansociety.org
